I worked hard to make my life journey not so unbearable. I knew that nobody would pay for my education at college, so I had to bend over backward to be noticed by teachers and get the desired grade. That was a true challenge. All my classmates had private tutors, and their parents were ready to give any sum to let their children get prestigious professions and earn high salaries. I had to gnaw at my happiness every day, every moment. I bore a stone of pressure that did not let me rest and sleep well at night. First, I could not forgive my parents for such a horrible childhood. While other kids were playing happily on the playground, I had to help in the grocery to get pocket money because my granny was getting older.

I was afraid to lose her because she was the only person I loved, and she was the only person who took care of me. My mother returned when I was eleven. She behaved as if nothing had happened. Then, she broke up with my father, and he died in a year. I was shocked, but I did not cry. I think years without parents and diligent care made me hard inside. Now, I am thankful for that because I managed to handle other life challenges more manageable. I did not trust people, so nobody manipulated me and my decisions. I was disappointed in everything, but my heart was full of compassion and love due to my grandmother.

She always taught me to forgive people like God forgot sinners. When I entered college, I had to be strong because my granny had died. Due to hardships I had overcome in my childhood, I managed to earn a scholarship and start a new life. Nobody cared about my past and my financial difficulties. By that time, I had earned a little to afford things I needed. I was not demanding, and I was grateful for that. Other students worried a lot about missed parties, cheap clothing, sleepless nights, essay writing troubles, and other details that made no trouble to me. I was tempered. That is why I took confident steps, trying to get the desired profession and deserve my place under the sun. Forgiveness is the first step to a free life. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Everybody makes mistakes that lead to horrible consequences. If we do not appreciate the lessons that our life gives us, we will be doomed to fail. My parents changed me. They decided to get rid of me because I hampered them, but I coped with all my troubles and went on fighting for my happiness. That day, they made me strong and resilient. My grandmother did her best to make me stronger. She taught me to forgive, love, recognize truth and lie, never give up, and not to believe people who say that I am a loser. When I was a child, I used to isolate myself because I always felt like a stranger among people. Cover Letter Examples.

These schools include the psychoanalytic school, behavioral school, humanistic school, cognitive school, and the individual schools of psychology. Each developmental theorist holds their own unique ideas and theories about various components of human development. I will be discussing the contributions of each of these theorists. Accesses to quality education and opportunities are determined by zip code. As I think about the access and opportunity gap, my thoughts often return to my high school graduation in June Experiencing childhood in Wellston, Missouri, a segregated, poverty-stricken community in Saint Louis, the importance of education was instilled at an early age.

Watching television was not permitted while my mother was at work. Instead, books from libraries and secondhand shops were our source of entertainment. I cannot tell you how many times I read Roots and Gone with the Wind. In the s, my mother was the only one out of our immediate family to graduate high school. Eventually, she gained a secretarial certificate to work on an army base. Having a secretarial certificate allowed her to uproot her family from Wellston before the school district lost its accreditation. After moving from school to school, we finally settled in my junior year in a middle class community that looked like us. The architecture of this school resembled a shopping mall with vast resources for students.

Mathematics and science became my obsession, and I immersed myself in this new community, taking part in various clubs, learning, inventing and experimenting. Keener Tippin introduced himself. This towering man explained he was there to. This upbringing may consist of abuse, violence, or love as the type of treatment one receives, is out of their control. However one thing will always remain constant, the individual will continue to grow and develop regardless of whether or not specific childhood stages are successfully fulfilled and completed. Erikson believed that as humans grow older, they go through eight stages of development that each present a crisis for the individual to resolve during that stage. Each crisis must be resolved before a new one can be presented. Successful resolution at each stage creates the foundation needed to build the next. Although typical development includes successfully resolving each crisis during the sensitive period and moving on the next stage of development,. The mystery of life is not a problem to be solved but reality to be experienced and here is one of my journey. With regards to my personal life, I have been particularly blessed to have experienced a joyful and easy-going life.

I was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California and later moved to Ventura, a city just south of Santa Barbara. The beach was walking distance away from my home and the weather was always warm and sunny. My family also have been pivotal in instilling a happy demeanor by always inculcating my psyche with positive attitudes coupled with kind and outgoing manners to people of all colors, creeds, and nationalities. Growing up, I always saw my father experience pain. He spent his life fighting for the independence of his home country, but lost an internal war. His body was slowly deteriorating due to the increasing uptake of carcinogens. The red, green, and black of the country he fought for became the black plaque accumulated inside him. The end of his journey is only the beginning of my journey. I am the child of immigrants, the grandchild of warriors. I was raised on compassion, strength, endurance, and education. I strive in an environment that encourages me to grow and give every day. Personal Profile: As I ponder over my thoughts and reflect on where I am in my journey of spiritual growth, all I can do is just thank God for all He has done. My spiritual journey has been full of ups and downs, but I would not change any of it because I had to go through the things I have went through to get to where I am today.

Before I started living fully for Jesus, I was just existing and living my life without a purpose. I was lost and was seeking validation from everyone but God. My spiritual journey did not start until I realized that I was searching for happiness in all wrong places, and that my happiness was found in God. Once I discovered that and began building a relationship with God, my love began to increase for Him and all He has done. I began to see things clearer and God started removing toxic people out of my life and molding me into what he created me to be. In this season of my journey, I believe God is taking me through the pruning phase.

He is setting me apart and preparing me for my purpose on earth. God is changing everything about me from the inside out, and removing anything that is not of him and making me more like him. He is making me very uncomfortable, so that I have no choice but to learn to fully. I never really thought about where my life was going. I always believed life took me where I wanted to go, I never thought that I was the one who took myself were I wanted to go. Once I entered high school I changed the way I thought. This is why I chose to go to college. I believe that college will give me the keys to unlock the doors of life.

This way I can choose for myself where I go instead of someone choosing for me. This explains the beginning of my life all the way to the end of my life. But there were a lot of fights and I was very hyper back then. I have ADHD so back then when I was little; I was very hyper and wouldn't stop moving around the place.
